•    Warning

•    Payment of damage or collecting value of meals and administrative fees

•    Suspending the weekly leave

•    Deprivation from staying for a period of one week, two weeks, one month, or final oust

•    Notifying the student’s guardian

The level of the penalty is subjected the type of violation committed by the student. Each violation of the applicable regulations is considered a violation that requires disciplinary punishment, especially the following cases: 

•    Delay beyond the set hours of the dormitory, absence or spending a night out of the dormitory without a formal permit;

•    Violating the public morals inside the dormitory, or committing acts which contradict with public morals, customs and Islamic rules;

•    Acting aggressively against any of the students or employees inside the dormitory;

•    Using the equipment or assets of the dormitory for purposes other than those they are assigned for;

•    Failure to keep the rooms clean and buildings of the dormitory in good condition, which may lead to damage; 

•    Bringing someone, who is not registered with the dormitory (for students), and allowing her/him access to the bedrooms or the dining room;

•    Using food tickets, which do not belong to the student

•    Taking over properties of others;

•    Making forgery in the dormitory's official documents;

•    Inciting on a violation of the instructions issued by the dormitory administration;

•    Receiving any publication that contradicts with the Islamic customs or incites contempt of other’s honor;

•    Promoting political or social ideas which contradict with the public order or Islamic regulations;

•    Crowding, demonstrating, sit-in strike, or inciting others to do any of such illegal acts;

•    Forming groups, holding meetings, or distributing political publications which contradict with public order;

•    The President of the University, or his representative, has the authority to refer the disobedient student to a disciplinary committee;

•     The guardian shall be notified in case of deprivation of the student from staying in the dormitory; 

•    In case of multiple violations, the issue is referred to the President of the University, or his competent representative, to decide on the appropriate measure, the dormitory resident being one of the university students;

•    The penalties mentioned in the Regulation of Penalties of the Dormitories shall not contradict with the official and international law from criminal and procedural perspectives;

•    A copy of the Disciplinary Order is kept with the student's file.
