Students shall pay the due fees on two installments, the first due payment is paid by the start of the first semester and prior to the accommodation process; the second payment is paid by the start of the second semester. At the first nine days of the month the students have a grace period to make their due payment. According to their social conditions, students have the right to pay monthly installments.

•    EGP 100 for maintenance of the buildings to be paid in two installments.

•    EGP 10 for residence and meal dues to be paid in advance at the beginning of every month.

•    EGP 25 as a deposit to be released at the end of the residence period; all the due amounts will be deducted before the deposit is refunded.

•    EGP 20 as service development fees to be paid once a year; this is refunded only in case of non-residence.

•    EGP 5 as maintenance and consumption fees to be paid monthly.

•    EGP 5 as additional service development fees to be paid monthly.

•    EGP 1 for ID encasement. 

Students will pay the due fees according to the number of residence months; in case of staying more than 15 days during the departure month, the students pay the due fees for the whole month, including the full maintenance and the development fees.

All the due fees are collected from the students in case they get an official vacation; a vacation request must be applied to 48 hours prior to the vacation desired date. The students must return the food tickets to the administration. In case of going to officially organized trips by the university, students are exempted from paying for any meal for the non-residence period on condition that one submits the required official documents to this effect.
