قافلة الأزهر الشريف الطبية فى دولة "بوركينا فاسو"
دشنت قافلة الأزهر الطبية الموفدة إلى جمهورية بوركينا فاسو، أعمالها باحتفال رسمي وشعبي حاشد، تقدمته السيدة "سيكا كابوريه" زوجة رئيس دولة بوركينا فاسو، والسفير "هشام ناجي"، سفير مصر فى بوركينا فاسو، وأعضاء قافلة الأزهر الطبية.
يأتى ذلك فى ضوء توجيهات الإمام الأكبر الدكتور أحمد الطيب شيخ الأزهر الشريف، وانطلاقًا من الدور الاجتماعي والإنساني الذى يضطلع به  الأزهر تجاه القارة الإفريقية.
وتضم القافلة 24 طبيبًا من أساتذة طب الأزهر بمشاركة كلية الطب بنات، في 14 تخصصًا، بالإضافة إلى طاقم من الممرضين والإداريين لإجراء الكشف الطبي المجاني على المرضى بالإضافة إلى إجراء العمليات الجراحية البسيطة والمعقدة مع توزيع الدواء المجاني المناسب لكل حالة، حيث تم شحن ستة أطنان من الأدوية والمستلزمات

Al-Azhar's medical convoy to the Republic of Burkina Faso launched its work with a formal and popular celebration, presented by Mrs. Sikka Kapureh, wife of the President of Burkina Faso, Ambassador Hisham Naji, Ambassador of Egypt in Burkina Faso and members of the Al-Azhar medical convoy 
This comes in the light of the directives of the Grand Imam Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar, and based on the social and humanitarian role played by Al-Azhar towards the African continent 
The convoy includes 24 doctors from Al-Azhar medical school, in addition to a team of nurses and administrators, to conduct free medical examinations on patients, in  addition to performing simple and complicated surgeries with the distribution   of medicine for each case. Where six tons of  Drugs and supplies were shipped
