Student hostel Admission procedures

Student Hostel Instructions:
The Admission result of accommodation is announced on the bulletin board. Students have no right to apply for accommodation after ten days from the date of announcement.

 

* Filling out the application form after paying the accommodation fees, and completing the data from the Student's Affairs Department of her/his collage.

• Student Hostel Admission Papers must include the following, while delivering:

 

 1- Student Hostel Application Form.
 2 - 4 personal photos.
 3 - A copy of the national ID card of the student as well as her/his

 

 Parent’s or guardian’s (bringing the original copy for review).
 4- Students with special cases must provide medical certificates approved by the General Administration of Al-Azhar University Medical Affairs.
 5 – (For new applicants only) A Copy of the receipt from the University Coordination Office and the Nomination Card of the college (bringing the original copy to review).
 
* The Coordination Office of the Student Hostel Admission will receive the envelope of enrollment during August for former students.
