الرؤية :

يهدف قسم الكيمياء العضوية تعليميا الى صيدلانيات على أعلى مستوى من التنافسية والحرفية والمهارة وتمتلك خلفية علمية عريضة وتساهم فى تطوير المجتمع عن طريق التحلى بروح الفريق والاتصال الفعال محليا ودوليا. 
 
 ويهدف القسم بحثيا الى خلق ابحاث عالية التقييم تنافس الأبحاث العالمية وكذا خلق باحثا  على أعلى مستوى من الكفاءة والتحدى والحماس ولديهن القدرة على التفكير العلمى المتطور وحل المشاكل والتحلى بروح الفريق.

The Organic chemistry department aims to develop highly competent, professional, skillful, pharmacist with a wide scientific background that contributes to the community development through team-working and communication abilities both locally and internationally  
In research field:  
To perform high-rated scientific researches, competing with international publications and to develop highquality, professional, challenging, enthusiastic and innovative researchers with good thinking, problem-solving and team-working abilities. 

الرسالة :

منح الطالبات  سواء تحت التخرج أو دارسات  الدراسات  العليا خلفية علمية واسعة ومتنوعة وكذا منحهم برنامج دراسى متكامل وخلاق. هذا وتتضمن اهتماماتنا دراسة الدواء واكتشافه والتحضير العضوى للعناصر الطبية والصيدلية و كيمياء المركبات  الطبيعية والمخلقة ودراسة العلاقة بين التركيب والفاعلية و العديد من الموضوعات  الأخرى.  
ويشرف ويدعم الأنشطة التدريسية والبحثية مجموعة من أعضاء القسم المؤهلين على أعلى مستوى مع وجود التجهيزات  المعملية الضرورية.

• Promote a community of scholars including faculty, students and staff and cross disciplinary outreach.

• Enhance research staff support and development.

Teaching and research activities are supported and maintained by highly qualified staff members and laboratory facilities.
