Download and print out the Submission Form.

2- Fill in all data at the form.

3- Make sure of the guarantor's data and her/his official seal.

4- Hand-in the envelopes to the relevant official at the university dormitory.

5- Make sure of getting a receipt after handing-in the envelope.
