Launching workshops between the professors of Al-Azhar University and their counterparts in the universities of the Netherlands

In the framework of the global mission of the Al-Azhar Foundation, a mosque and a university headed by the Grand Imam Dr. Ahmad Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar, and Dr. Mohammed Al-Mahrasawi, the University President. The workshops will revolve around the curricula of Islamic studies between the East and the West. They will be attended by Dr. Mohamed Mohanna, Advisor to the Sheikh of Al-Azhar, Dr. Abdul Fattah Al-Awari, Dean of Faculty of theology, Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Dr. Bakr Zaki Awad, former Dean, Al-Azhar and Deputy Director of the Office of International Discrimination, Dr. Said Hassan, Dr. Mohammed Fawzi, and Dr. Mohammed Abdul Fadil.  Prof. Amr Riad, professor of Islamic and Arabic studies at the University of Louvain, Belgium, Professor Rudolf Peter, Nico Capnin, Filimott Bonder, will also participate on the Dutch side.
