The ranking of the women's basketball competition in the first African Olympic Games took first place in Egypt with the Union of Universities Basketball Association, second place in Burundi, Chad and Central Africa, and third place Sudan.
As for the ranking of the football competition in the first African Olympic Games of the universities, the first place was Egypt at Assiut University, the second place was the State of Ghana at the University of Advanced Studies and the third center was Sudan University of Cairo Branch of Khartoum.
